A project is a collection space containing multiple related tasks, background materials, and outputs (similar to a smart folder). It gives AI complete context, enabling it to work combined with specific rules.

Context Sharing

Materials within a project are automatically understood and referenced by the AI. When creating new tasks, AI already masters background info like brand tone and historical decisions, without repetitive input.

Set unified standards to ensure highly consistent output styles under the same project.

Projects are the best unit for team collaboration, supporting multi-person maintenance of the knowledge base.

  • Best Practices
    • Organize by Topic: We recommend separating “Market Research” and “Personal Projects” into different workspaces to ensure the AI maintains a consistent context.
    • Smart Recommendations: Providing a clear project name and description helps the AI better understand the background, allowing it to accurately suggest relevant tasks and collaborators.
    • Task Management: New tasks created within a project are automatically assigned to that space. Existing tasks can be migrated via More (…) > Move to Project.
